The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to public transportation and easily accessible to central London. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary appliances for a long stay. The host is friendly and provides helpful updates.
The lack of hot water in the shower was a downside to the overall experience.

During my recent stay at Chantilly, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the apartment and the level of comfort it provided. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having fruits and cookies waiting for us upon arrival. The location of the hotel was also a plus, being close to public transport and within a gated compound, adding to the feeling of safety. Chantilly is a great option for both short and long stays, with all the necessary amenities and a friendly owner like Rosie providing constant updates and excellent hospitality. Considering my positive experience, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Spacious apartment with a ridiculously comfortable bed. The owner is mind-blowingly friendly and even called to see if we needed anything for our toddler, providing us with directions over the phone. We were pleasantly surprised to find a table filled with delicious fruit and cookies upon arrival. Only a 15-minute drive to the airport. Perfect if you want more than just a hotel room and a super convenient location. We loved having the space to relax and eat, and the easy access to the underground station made exploring the city a breeze. The property itself offers free Wi-Fi, an on-site car park, an electric kettle, cookware, a flat-screen TV, and even an outdoor dining area. 24-hour security ensures peace of mind and there's a golf course nearby for some leisurely fun. Plus, the whole place is non-smoking which is a big bonus.

The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. the owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They even provided directions over the phone and left some fruit and cookies for us upon arrival. the location was convenient, just a 15-minute drive from the airport.
The overall appearance of the hotel was a bit tired and lacking in aesthetics. it was unclear why there was an extra charge for parking, especially since it was located on the property.

I enjoyed pretending to be Serena Williams at the tennis court and was relieved that my Bentley had a safe parking spot. The apartment had enough room for me to dine, lounge, and take endless selfies. Oh, and free WiFi to keep me connected to my crown jewels on social media.
Ha! There were none. Absolutely flawless, darling.
